Under and by virtue
of an order of sale and decree of foreclosure and sale, issued out of
the Superior Court of the County of Inyo, of the State of California,
on the 17th day of August A.D. 1906, in the above entitled action,
where to C. Kyle Smith, the above named plaintiff, obtained a
judgment and decree of foreclosure and sale against A.K. Ishmael,
J.F. Faller and I.D. Connors, defendants, on the 17th day of August,
A.D., 1906 for the sum of Eight hundred and fifteen and
thirty-one-hundredths dollars, in United States Gold Coin, besides
interests, costs and counsel fees, amounting to $182.00, which said
decree was on the 17th day of August, A.D., 1906, recorded in
judgment book No. 2 of said Court at page 291, I am commanded to sell
all those certain lots, mining claims and premises situate, lying and
being in the County of Inyo, State of California, and bounded and
described as follows:
The “Indian,” “Indian No.
1,” “Indian No. 2,” “Indian No.3,”
“Margaret,” “Margaret No. 1,” “Margaret
No. 2,” “Lavern,” “Pearl,” and the
“Grace,” consolidated group of claims and known and
actually called the “Indian Group” lying and being
situate in South Bullfrog Mining District, about one and one-half
miles westerly from Keane Springs.
Public notice is hereby given
that on Saturday, the 15th day of September, A.D., 1906 at 12 o’clock
M., of that day, in front of the Court House door of the County of
Inyo, I will, in obedience to said order of sale and decree of
foreclosure and sale, sell the above described property, or so much
thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said judgment, with interest
and costs, etc., to the highest and best bidder for gold coin of the
United States.
